Hi-View Resources Inc. is a mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in Canada and the USA.

High Tide is focused on, and committed to, the development of advanced-stage mineral projects in Canada using industry best practices combined with a strong social license from local communities. High Tide is earning a 100% interest in the Labrador West Iron Project located adjacent to IOC/Rio Tinto’s 23 mtpy Carol Lake Mine in Labrador City, Labrador and owns a 100% interest in the Lac Pegma copper-nickel-cobalt deposit located 50 kilometres southeast of Fermont Quebec.

Highlander Silver Corp., backed by the Augusta Group and the Lundin Family, is a mineral exploration company focused on the discovery of exceptional silver-gold-polymetallic projects in the Central Andes, leveraging the team’s significant technical and operational experience in Peru and South America more widely. 

 

Highrock Resources Ltd. is engaged in the business of mineral exploration and the acquisition of mineral property assets in North America.  Its principal property is the Pathfinder Property, a gold prospect located in the Greenwood Mining Division in southern British Columbia.  The 295.56 hectare covers a highly mineralized area, also known as the historically productive and larger Republic-Greenwood Gold District.

Inflection Resources Ltd. is focused on the exploration and discovery of gold and copper deposits in Eastern Australia. Inflection is comprised of a highly accomplished team of explorationists and capital market experts with extensive global experience. Inflection has a large portfolio of exploration licenses and applications in New South Wales and Queensland Australia, totaling in excess of 600,000 hectares.

Rock Edge Resources Ltd., is engaged in the business of acquiring and exploring mineral resource properties.  Its objective is to locate and develop economic precious and base metal properties of merit and to conduct its exploration program on the Stockwork Project, which consists of four mineral claims covering an area of 645 hectares in southern British Columbia, approximately 55 km southeast of Vernon, within the Vernon Mining Division.

International Battery Metals Ltd. is a Vancouver-based company that is an advanced direct lithium extraction technology company focused on ethical and ecological extraction of lithium from brines. The company is applying its patented intellectual property into building mobile lithium extraction units that can be utilized worldwide. The revolutionary lithium extraction technology is defined by its extreme environmental and resource protection, rapid implementation and production, and low capital and operating costs. 

Interra Copper Corp. ("Interra") is focused on building shareholder value through the exploration and development of its portfolio of copper assets located in Chile and northern British Columbia, Canada.

Interra’s portfolio includes three copper projects located the Central Volcanic Zone, within a prolific Chilean copper belt: Tres Marias and Zenaida in  the Antofagasta Region and Pitbull in the Tarapaca Region. The company holds a significant land package covering an area of 20,050 hectares with the projects situated amongst several of the world’s largest mines owned by the largest global mining companies including Glencore, Anglo American, Teck Resources and BHP among others. The company also holds two exploration projects in northern British Columbia: Thane and Chuck Creek. The Thane Project is located in the Quesnel Terrane of northern British Columbia and spans over 20,658 hectares with six high-priority targets identified demonstrating significant copper and precious metal mineralization. In addition, the Issuer holds an option to acquire up to an 80% interest in the Rip Project, a copper-molybdenum project comprising 2,309 hectares in central British Columbia, Canada.

 

Irving Resources Inc. (Irving) is a Canadian-based mineral exploration company with interests in Japan. In 2016, Irving incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in Japan named, Irving Resources Japan GK which enables Irving to acquire and hold exploration and mining projects in Japan. Irving is focused on identifying high-silica, high-grade epithermal vein mineralization that could potentially be suitable for use as smelter flux in the operating base metals smelters across Japan.
